Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Senior Process Engineer to lead small to mid-size projects, directing engineers, piping designers and CAD designers in creating design documents per the Arcadis Design Deliverables Matrix.

The role involves client coordination, FEED studies, P&IDs, equipment specs, process modelling and facilitation of design meetings; mentorship from Lead/Principal Engineers will be provided.

Qualifications

• Able to apply good engineering judgement to daily work.
• Advanced understanding of unit operations in chemical engineering with emphasis in Life Sciences.
• Lead development of engineering documents ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Work directly with clients and vendors to develop equipment specifications meeting project demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead small projects and project teams, including budget and schedule management.
• Mentor and train less experienced engineers on the Process Team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional project teams on facility and process design integration.
• Attend training and industry research to advance processing technologies.
• Publish and present technical work in support of Arcadis initiatives.
