Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Process Development & Engineering leader to drive RDQ activities for design and deployment of new processes across geographies. You will lead projects, coordinate with marketing and manufacturing, and ensure consumer-centric specifications while leveraging process data and external partnerships.

The role emphasizes pilot plant scale-up, factory trials, and the use of continuous improvement tools in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in process development or deployment in FMCG environments.
• Ability to lead project teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of TDPE/PDCA and continuous improvement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead RDQ activities for process design and deployment across geographies.
• Model, simulate, pilot plant scale-up and factory trials per GMP/HACCP.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate status, risks, and decisions based on data.
