Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Senior Technical Oven Lead to drive engineering agendas across global and regional platforms, delivering waste reduction, efficiency gains, and growth projects in Mondelez factories to enhance consumer experiences.

You will lead development, optimization, and specification of processes, defining objectives, approaches, and timelines while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Food Science is required.
• 7 years of industry experience required.
• Standards PPE, GMPs are required.
• Standing, walking, climbing stairs; hot environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop objectives, technical approach, plans, deliverables and timelines to deliver solutions on time and on budget.
• Lead oven design and related process technologies; share best practices and mentor future technical leaders.
• Influence technical direction to deliver cost savings and quality improvements; work with stakeholders.
