Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States seeks a process development and deployment leader to guide RDQ activities, design specifications, scale-up and factory trials across geographies, while delivering the consumer experience. A BS/MS in Engineering or Industrial Technology, 5+ years in engineering/industrial roles, Lean Six Sigma and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 5 years of related experience in engineering or industrial tech.
• Lean Six Sigma experience and/or certification preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical work across multiple projects aligned with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements.
• Develop process information using modelling and simulation, and pilot plant scale-up.
• Manage stakeholders and influence decisions based on data analysis and interpretation of results.
• Create and maintain accurate consumer-centric process specifications; leverage connections to internal and external technical communities; create IP.
