• Strong team player with effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust manufacturing processes across all development phases.
• Lead process scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support regulatory filings and documentation.
• Author technical documents and contribute to publications and conferences.
• Address challenging reaction, separations, and isolation problems with modeling and kinetics.
