Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Chemical/Bio Engineering or related field with substantial industrial experience.
• Strong background in chemical engineering and ability to apply technical skills to process development.
• Proven ability to solve difficult technical problems and champion new technologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust manufacturing processes for drug substances and products across development stages.
• Lead development and characterization of new assets and establish research plans.
• Develop commercial-ready processes at lab scale and demonstrate at pilot plant.
• Address challenges in reactions, separations, and isolations using kinetics and transport phenomena.
• Contribute to regulatory filings with technical reports and data.
• Collaborate with chemists, engineers, and regulatory affairs across projects.
• Publish and present findings at scientific venues.
