Responsibilities

• Assess key unit operations for process robustness and scale-up risk from lab to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with technical, quality, regulatory, and on-site manufacturing teams to enable successful project execution.
• Lead multidisciplinary investigations and design follow-on experiments based on data.
• Prepare technical reports, regulatory documents, and publications as needed.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
