Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years industrial experience in technical or operational assignments in a high-speed consumer product manufacturing and/or staff environment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform in cross-functional teams to achieve objectives within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver equipment and processes that meet safety requirements and guidelines.
• Lead asset improvement projects from inception to start-up of equipment.
• Manage multiple initiatives to improve asset performance and plant systems.
