Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of technical and/or operational experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP and asset maintenance and reliability programs.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Collaborative work style with ability to improve teamwork and drive results.
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing/production and translating knowledge into execution.

Responsibilities

  • Champion safety and uphold Loss Prevention & Control standards.
  • Lead design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes to meet business objectives and cost savings.
  • Apply engineering expertise and provide technical leadership and problem-solving support.
  • Ensure security, documentation, and protection of critical information.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve operational challenges to improve performance.
  • Lead projects in compliance with corporate policies with emphasis on internal controls and financial integrity.
  • Communicate effectively to drive engagement and alignment.
  • Develop talent and improve process quality through coaching and reducing variability.
