Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Lead Engineer Process to provide technical leadership for design, development, optimization and operation of assigned assets. The role ensures safety, asset reliability and continuous improvement across manufacturing lines, with collaboration across digital tools and cross-functional teams.

You will drive adherence to process parameters, lead RCA efforts, and mentor teams while supporting 24/7 operations and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or Paper Science.
• At least 3 years industrial experience in high-speed consumer product manufacturing or staff environment.
• Experience with manufacturing analysis tools such as SPC, DOE, process capability, Six Sigma and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of process standards to sustain asset performance.
• Ensure adherence to critical process parameters and best practices.
• Support strategies for efficient changeovers and material quality management.
• Lead trials and establish optimal run settings.
• Apply engineering principles and continuous improvement to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain safe processes and promote a safe work environment.
• Lead safety risk mitigation initiatives.
