Job summary
Kiewit is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to drive the technical development, design integration, and execution of municipal and industrial water and wastewater projects across North America. You will serve as the process discipline lead on pursuits and projects, guiding treatment process selection and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and constructible solutions.
The role targets engineers with 10+ years of municipal and industrial water/wastewater
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; 10+ years in process development and design for water/wastewater.
- Experience leading design-build/EPC projects in municipal and industrial sectors.
- PE registration preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and engineering leadership for industrial water and wastewater facility design.
- Oversee engineering reports, drawings, PFDs, P&IDs, and calculations.
- Perform process systems and hydraulics modeling and scenario studies.
- Coordinate with multidiscipline teams to meet budget and schedule.
- Interface with clients and partner engineers to support business development.
- Mentor entry- and mid-level engineers and provide technical direction.
