Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering related field
• 5+ years of related experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical approach
• Proven technical acumen
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical college diploma

Responsibilities

• Develop and implements methods for sampling, inspection, testing and evaluation of products.
• Initiates process improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality and defect analysis.
• Acquire knowledge for front and back-end processes
• Collaborate with teams to define goals and improvement plans
• Drive safety compliance and plant safety rules
• Lead new process and operations improvements with metrics and audits
• Develop training plans for process engineering and continuous improvement
• Create troubleshooting guides for maintenance and operations
• Coordinate with EHS and cross-functional teams on safety and quality
• Develop engineering documentation: PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions
• Maintain regular reports to drive plant improvements
• Mentor engineers and support qualification
• Arrange process tasks for team goals
• Adhere to Hanwha Q CELLS USA, Inc. policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
