Hanwha Q CELLS GA, Inc. is seeking a Module Sr. Process Engineer to lead and support shift and day Process Technicians in Cartersville, GA.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement to enhance operational effectiveness, safety, and quality across the plant. The position reports to the Process Manager and requires strong engineering foundations. The successful candidate will drive process improvements, develop training plans, create PFMEA and control plans, and collaborate with safety,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
5+ years of relevant process engineering experience.
Strong mechanical and analytical abilities.
Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies.
Ability to develop and implement PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.

Responsibilities

Develop methods for sampling, inspection, testing and evaluation of products.
Initiate process improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality and defect analysis.
Execute all required duties while practicing safe work methods and adhering to all plant safety rules.
Lead the investigation, proposal, procurement and launch of process improvements with metrics and audits.
Assist development of technical training plans for process engineering and continuous improvement methodologies.
