Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering.
• Ability to communicate at all levels verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Flexibility to adapt to different tasks.
• Awareness of Health and Safety.
• Eye for detail and quality.
• Able to communicate effectively within the team.
• Experience in assembly/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and approve strategies for incoming inspections, product line patrol, and outgoing quality control.
• Develop, monitor, and report corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage and approve process changes per policy.
• Plan, conduct, and monitor tests/inspections to ensure finished product quality.
• Monitor data on yield and process quality.
• Prepare reports for management on quality activities.
