Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive process engineering experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of reaction engineering and thermodynamics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for yield and efficiency.
• Conduct feasibility studies and pilot plant trials.
• Develop process simulations and models.
• Troubleshoot complex process issues and identify root causes.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and maintenance teams.
• Prepare PFDs and P&IDs and provide technical guidance.
• Monitor performance and implement modifications.
