Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Senior Process Engineer CEM to lead plant discussions, perform data-driven investigations, and drive throughput and environmental performance improvements at the Ste. Genevieve Cement plant in Missouri.

Relocation assistance is provided for candidates outside the area. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate technical capabilities and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Field of study in Chemical Engineering, Automation Engineering or similar disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of cement plant experience.
• Strong computer skills with Excel, Access, IP21, SAP and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support to production, quality and environmental functions to attain objectives.
• Coordinates implementation of new equipment and procedures and trains plant personnel as required.
• Leads improvements with Quality, Production and Maintenance to maximize plant efficiency.
• Supports development and elevation of technical knowledge across operations.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and safety policies.
