You will participate in the Build4Growth program, gaining hands-on experience across control systems, maintenance, and safety, while contributing to reliable plant operations.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with maintenance teams. Travel is about 5%, and a sign-on bonus of $10,000 is offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Field of Study Preferred: Electrical Engineering.
• Required Work Experience: 0-3 years.
• Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Travel Requirements: 5%.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety with all other employees and outside contractors.
• Supervise the electrical and instrumentation technicians and assign work to ensure timely and correct completion.
• Maintain electrical preventive and predictive maintenance programs and analyze data.
