Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Electrical Engineer, New Graduate, to join our Ste. Genevieve cement plant in Missouri.

You will oversee electrical maintenance, ensure safe and compliant control system work, and contribute to reliability improvements as part of the Build4Growth program. The ideal candidate has an Electrical Engineering degree and up to 3 years of experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Field of Study Preferred: Electrical Engineering.
• Required Work Experience: 0-3 years.
• Required Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Promote safety with all employees and contractors.
• Supervise the electrical and instrumentation technicians on daily work orders and projects assigned by the maintenance coordinator.
• Record work history in SAP and ensure timely and correct completion of tasks.
• Maintain electrical preventive and predictive maintenance programs and analyze data with diagnostic tools.
• Provide control system training and guidance for plant personnel.
