Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of process management experience.
• At least 1 year of data analysis experience.
• At least 1 year of experience working with Generative AI tools.
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own enablement projects and initiatives, using data and process management to drive value from identification to adoption.
• Identify enablement opportunities from incident trends and business needs, driving solutions through implementation and adoption.
• Innovate and drive solutions to reduce or resolve frequent technical issues.
• Identify and support AI use cases to improve productivity and processes.
• Develop communications and enablement strategies to drive successful adoption.
• Utilize data to uncover root causes, enhance problem-solving, and mitigate risks.
• Monitor incident and alerting data sources and refine related data.
• Support stakeholder communication, preparing reporting for business reviews.
