Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks an experienced engineer to apply broad engineering principles across assignments and to meet internal and external customer expectations. You will develop processes and equipment for new product introductions with safety, quality, and cost efficiency in mind.

You will lead cross-functional teams, plan staffing and costs, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement while embedding quality within all engineering activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required; master's preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering roles; leadership or mentoring experience a plus.
• Formal problem-solving training (6-Sigma green belt minimum; black belt preferred) and PMP experience are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to broad assignments and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Develop processes and equipment for new product introductions with safe, high-quality, cost-effective results.
• Lead cross-functional projects, plan staffing and costs, and mentor engineers and technicians.
• Embed quality within engineering practices and sustain improvement initiatives.
• Travel as needed to deploy expertise across sites.
