Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and serve as the primary technical resource for its manufacturing lines.

You will develop and implement process and equipment solutions to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost; create manufacturing documents, lead equipment qualification, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive manufacturability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 0–3 years of manufacturing engineering experience (or 5+ years if no degree).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support production operations and serve as primary technical resource for lines.
• Develop and implement process and equipment solutions to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Create manufacturing documents and IIOT/MES configurations.
• Lead equipment qualification and process validation tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate manufacturability and cost reduction.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions and monitor KPIs.
