Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a Senior Process Development Engineer to apply advanced engineering principles to extrusion tooling and processes. You will collaborate with Product Development, Operations and Quality teams to meet or exceed customer and product specs, develop new methods, and document protocols.

You will lead projects, coach junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field required; Master/Doctorate preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering roles; leadership experience in cross-functional teams preferred.
• Experience with polymer tubing processes and extrusion tooling is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and project-management capabilities; PMP/6-Sigma training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, characterize and validate extrusion processes to meet specifications.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Product Development, Operations and Quality.
• Provide technical guidance to R&D and Production Operations for development and commercial projects.
• Plan and manage engineering projects with moderate scale and risk; mentor engineers.
