Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a seasoned engineer to lead quality and process improvement across R&D and manufacturing. You will guide NPIs, develop test methods, and ensure procedures comply with QMS and FDA-related standards.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s in engineering, 5+ years in technical roles, and experience with statistical tools like Minitab. A master’s degree and Six Sigma expertise are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering/technical roles.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills; experience with Minitab is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO14971, QMS, and regulated environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Identify and evaluate procedures to ensure product quality.
• Lead cross-functional NPI teams and drive process improvements.
• Develop new test methods and tooling for product validation.
• Support non-conforming material and CAPA activities with data-driven analysis.
