Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Process Development Engineer III to apply advanced engineering principles across manufacturing projects. You will develop new production processes, optimize equipment, and lead cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and quality.

You will also ensure adherence to QMS and regulatory standards while driving innovation and cost-effective outcomes. The role emphasizes problem solving, communication, and collaboration across sites, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
• Formal problem-solving/project-management training (6-Sigma, 8D, RCA, 5-Why, Ishikawa, Kepner-Tregoe, PMP).

Responsibilities

• Develop processes and equipment to introduce new products into manufacturing sites.
• Identify, develop, or optimize process and equipment technology; validate processes and lines.
• Lead cross-functional teams on process improvements and new plant operations.
• Plan projects and estimate production times, staffing, and costs.
• Ensure adherence to QMS, safety, and regulatory requirements (FDA, etc.).
• Deploy quality and continuous improvement cultures across manufacturing sites.
