Job summary

Dexcom seeks a Senior Staff Process Development Engineer to lead product/process development projects in a CER and lab environment. You will define requirements for scaled production and collaborate with R&D, QA, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of tools and processes that improve device performance.

You will train and mentor test labs, operators, and engineers, select analytical tools, and drive cross-functional problem solving to improve robustness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 13+ years of related experience, or advanced degrees with fewer years.
• Strong communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with design transfer to high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects for product/process development and device performance.
• Define technical requirements and specifications for scaled production.
• Provide guidance to test labs, plant operators and engineers.
