Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 8–12 years of related experience, or Master’s 5–7 years, or PhD with 2–4 years.
- Experience running R&D projects and technology transfer.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Research and select technologies for inspecting, measuring, and evaluating sensors.
- Write scripts and code for image translation and analysis.
- Develop requirements for new inspection equipment for high-volume manufacturing.
- Support clinical study design and execution for iterative design improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth tech transfer.
