Job summary

Heraeus Medevio in Minnesota seeks a Process Development Engineer III to lead process design, development, and validation for medical components and devices. You will drive technical leadership for commercial production, mentor peers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure new products transition to manufacturing.

The role requires hands-on development, data analysis, DOE, and experience with catheter-related products. Travel between White Bear Lake and Fridley sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related technical field; other postsecondary education may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; 1 year for degree substitution and 3 years for doctorate.
• Experience in medical devices manufacturing/process development is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design, development, and validation for medical devices through product development.
• Provide technical leadership for commercial release of products to production.
• Mentor other engineers and promote a culture of feedback.
• Collaborate with technicians and operators to solve technical problems.
• Establish regional relationships and share best practices.
• Travel between Fridley and White Bear Lake sites as needed.
