The role focuses on transforming business processes and leveraging platforms like Salesforce, nCino, Zafin and PrecisionLender, collaborating across business lines to design future-state processes, improve efficiency, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of related work experience.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Hybrid schedule with in-office 3+ days per week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document processes using industry-standard methodologies.
• Develop future-state process models to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes aligned to objectives.
• Gather requirements from business lines and translate into improvements.
• Support platform enhancements and work with product owners to drive delivery.
• Iterate processes based on user feedback and experience.
• Ensure processes meet regulatory and compliance best practices.
• Drive continuous improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Build strong partnerships and resolve conflicts with key partners.
• Lead cross-functional process design across multiple platforms.
