You will optimize processes on Salesforce, nCino, Zafin and PrecisionLender, collaborating across lines to design future-state and improve efficiency and user experience. Qualifications

• Typically six or more years of related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of project management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document processes using industry-standard methodologies.
• Develop future-state process models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimize efficiencies and align processes to strategic objectives.
• Gather requirements from business lines ensuring process changes align to business needs.
• Translate business requirements into actionable process improvements.
• Support platform enhancements that impact process execution and partner closely with product owners to drive delivery.
• Gather feedback and iterate processes based on user experience.
• Ensure processes align with regulatory, compliance and industry best practices.
• Recommend and drive continuous improvements to optimize efficiency.
