Job summary

SI Group is seeking a Lead Process Controls Engineer in Morgantown, WV to collaborate with Production and Process Improvement Engineers on automation projects across the facility, covering programming, hardware and software specs, startup and operations support.

You will implement process control strategies for batch and continuous manufacturing, maintain automation networks, participate in MOC/PHA processes, and drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives while tracking KPIs and delivering technical

Qualifications

• BS Chemical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of process industry equipment knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures EHS compliance and continuous improvement in EHS performance.
• Leads and coordinates implementation/modification of automation/monitoring systems on multiple platforms (DeltaV, Foxboro IA, Historian, PLCs).
• Develops training for operations personnel on automation systems and process control strategies.
• Track and report monthly KPIs and prepare technical progress reports.
