Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead defined process areas and global projects. You will drive improvements, validation concepts, and the rollout of automation in collaboration with engineering, QA, and plants.

You will support cross‑functional teams, manage capital investments, and align with HSE and regulatory standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related scientific field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; project management experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; able to collaborate across countries and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined process areas and projects globally within West locations.
• Drive process improvements, quality, service, HSE, and cost using best practices.
• Provide expertise for processes and technologies; develop validation concepts.
• Support automation initiatives and rollout of new processes with engineering and QA teams.
• Coordinate interface between R&D/QA/Sales and shop-floor production for new products.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, change control, and regulatory requirements.
