Job summary

You will own control systems, develop upgrade plans, and design panels using AutoCAD Electrical, while driving improvements in uptime, safety, and product quality. You will work with Rockwell, SCADA/MES platforms, and modern HMI tools to implement robust processes and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• BS or greater in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or STEM.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in process or manufacturing engineering.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to analyze processes for efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Experience creating training and technical documents.
• Proven PLC experience: Allen Bradley preferred; other brands acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Own the automation aspects of equipment and drive improvements.
• Develop upgrade plans and roll them out across similar equipment.
• Design custom control panels with AutoCAD Electrical and complete drawings.
• Create PID loops for critical process controls to improve capabilities.
• Build SCADA and MES solutions to boost efficiency and uptime.
• Collaborate with operations, vendors, and facility teams across sites.
