Job summary

Stryten Energy in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to oversee automation projects and assist in facility support systems. The role covers design of mechanization for assembly equipment, pneumatic and electrical circuitry, and operator interfaces.

You will work with maintenance, vendors, and external builders to deliver on-time improvements. The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, 3+ years CAD experience (AutoCAD preferred), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering required.
Minimum 3 years of CAD experience, AutoCAD preferred.
Experience with databases and spreadsheets for analysis.

Responsibilities

Manage manufacturing and facility projects to on-time completion within budget.
Design mechanization for integrated and stand-alone assembly equipment.
Design pneumatic and electrical circuitry to support mechanization.
Develop Operator Interface and Robotic programs for assembly, manufacturing and material handling.
Support maintenance through training and re-engineering activities.
Analyze performance problems and implement solutions.
Maintain drawings and documentation with revisions and edits.
Communicate issues and suggestions to Engineering Manager.
Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce setup time and scrap.
