Qualifications

• 2+ years in process control within manufacturing
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing process control
• US work authorization without sponsorship
• Must reside within 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI area
• Stable work history; minimum 2+ years per employer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize high-pressure aluminum die casting process parameters
• Perform root-cause defect analysis (porosity, cold shuts, soldering)
• Review X-ray data and maximize first-pass yield
• Set up and optimize machine parameters for new product launches
• Maintain standardized process setup sheets and instructions
• Collaborate with quality and engineering on production trials
• Train floor personnel on standardized process parameters
