The Home Depot is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Pro Pricing to drive pricing strategy and support cross-functional teams in marketing, operations and strategy.

You will analyze data, build persuasive presentations, and influence pricing decisions that impact units, sales and gross margin. You will partner with merchants to understand business dynamics, test pricing strategies, and help them achieve objectives through rigorous analytics and clear storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years of work experience in pricing/analytics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of pricing and statistics; proficient with Tableau and SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and measure pricing actions to optimize units, sales and gross margin.
• Conduct research to become subject matter expert on pricing and statistical analysis.
• Collaborate across functions to provide expert analytical support.
• Develop and deliver presentations that translate complex analyses into actionable decisions.
