The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Analyst, Assortment Planning to partner with Merchants and drive data-driven category strategies. You will lead and present insights from analyses to support assortment decisions and financial planning across departments.

You will collaborate across Merchandising teams, develop executive-level recommendations, and own major category reviews, ensuring timely, accurate storytelling to influence impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating to leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Experience in merchandising, analytics or related business functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead category reviews (Rapid Business Reviews, PLRs, Quick Hits, Post Reset) for assigned departments.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize assortment and financial plans.
• Collaborate with Merchants to set review goals and communicate executive insights.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and present findings to management.
