Job summary

The Home Depot in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Pro Field Merchandising to drive growth in the wholesale distribution channel by collaborating with our outside salesforce and leadership in the field to implement Pro Merchandising initiatives.

This role focuses on optimizing local assortments and providing essential merchandising training and support to Pro Project Specialists, Outside Sales Representatives, and Pro Sales Managers.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in merchandising/retail.
• Preferred experience in merchandising, retail planning, and inventory management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify underperforming products to optimize assortment and increase sales potential.
• Monitor performance indicators and ensure accountability for merchandising targets.
• Influence field routines and collaborate with sales leadership to develop merchandising strategies.
• Conduct local training sessions for outside sales teams to improve product knowledge.
