Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Senior PRO/COA Strategy Consultant to drive patient-centered measurement strategies across early development programs. You will contribute specialized PRO/COA expertise to asset evidence strategies and coordinate with asset leads to inform study concepts and endpoints.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (outcomes research, psychometrics, epidemiology, psychology, public health).
• Strong knowledge of PRO/COA strategies for clinical development.
• Ability to synthesize complex evidence for cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PRO/COA components of asset evidence strategies.
• Conduct disease, patient-experience, competitive, regulatory, and endpoint landscape reviews.
• Lead PRO/COA studies from concept through completion including design and vendor oversight.
• Develop conceptual models and prioritize concepts of interest.
• Assess PRO/COA instruments for fitness for purpose and identify evidence gaps.
• Support endpoint strategy development and COA evidence-generation planning.
• Provide input for protocols, endpoint sections, and statistical analysis plans.
