Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced COA/PCO lead to develop and execute COA strategies globally across Oncology and Neuroscience, collaborating with cross-functional teams in the US and international regions. The role focuses on aligning COA endpoints with product development, and coordinating with vendors and KOLs to ensure timely, compliant deliverables.

Qualificações

• Minimum of three years’ experience in PCOs/COAs environments and evidence generation/HEOR/Medical Affairs/Market Access in pharma or consultancy.
• Experience in Oncology is essential; Neuroscience is desired.
• Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to work across functions in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead COA strategies and tactical plans in Oncology and Neuroscience globally, US and EUR/International.
• Collaborate with functional and senior leadership to advance COA endpoints and measurement approaches.
• Manage vendor relationships, RFP/RFQ processes, project timelines, and budget tracking.
