Ark Recruitment is partnering with a leading international charter brokerage to recruit experienced private jet brokers in the US. You will grow your client portfolio, close charters and provide tailored aviation solutions across multiple US offices.

The role emphasizes targeted outreach, relationship building and market knowledge, with progression into senior sales and leadership as you exceed targets. On-site positions available in major markets.

Qualifications

• Previous private jet charter sales or brokerage experience is essential.
• Proven track record in selling charters and identifying new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of the private aviation market and chartering process.
• Extensive aircraft knowledge and the ability to advise clients confidently.

Responsibilities

• Generate new charter business through targeted calls, emails, client meetings and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Develop a client portfolio that generates repeat bookings and referrals.
• Source aircraft availability and negotiate pricing and commercial terms with operators.
• Prepare tailored proposals and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Manage the full booking process from enquiry to trip completion.
• Coordinate with clients, operators and colleagues to ensure flight arrangements.
• Maintain clear client communication and meet sales targets.
