Job summary

Global Charter LTD is seeking an experienced leader to run the US on-demand private jet charter sales team. The role focuses on guiding current US brokers, improving team performance and expanding the US division through strategic recruitment.

You will coach brokers to improve conversion, retention, and profitability, while onboarding new talent and enforcing high standards for service and culture. Collaboration with founders is essential to scale the US business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in on-demand private jet charter brokerage
• Experience recruiting and building successful sales teams
• Strong understanding of the US on-demand charter market
• Strong commercial judgement and understanding of charter sales performance
• Hands-on leadership with emphasis on performance, service and culture
• Experience working for a private jet brokerage (not an operator)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Global Charter’s US team of on-demand charter brokers
• Coach brokers to improve conversion, client retention, revenue and profitability
• Support the team on complex opportunities, negotiations and client situations
• Recruit and onboard additional brokers as the US business grows
• Set clear performance standards and create accountability across the team
• Ensure strong use of our internal technology, CRM and sales processes
• Work directly with the founders and senior leadership on the continued expansion of the US business
