Job summary

Ark Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Commercial Jets leader to own the division’s growth in the US and internationally. You will manage high‑value charter transactions, build client relationships and drive a strategic sales agenda.

This hands‑on senior role requires leadership, deep aviation market knowledge, and the ability to close deals while developing a high‑performing sales team. Willingness to travel and US work authorization are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of aviation charter sales experience, in commercial aircraft.
• Strong background in commercial passenger/group charter.
• Proven revenue growth and sales target achievement in aviation.
• Experience managing complex, high-value charter transactions.
• Knowledge of sourcing, pricing and contract negotiation for aircraft.
• Deep knowledge of US and international charter markets.
• Established relationships with clients, operators and charter market.
• Experience coaching and developing a sales team.
• Hands-on leader who closes deals and mentors others.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Commercial Jets division across the US and international markets.
• Identify and develop new commercial aircraft charter opportunities.
• Manage and grow relationships with high-value existing clients.
• Remain hands-on with high-value and complex charter transactions.
• Oversee charter process from aircraft selection and pricing through to contracting and booking.
• Develop and implement the division’s sales and business development strategy.
• Build, lead and develop the Commercial Jets sales team.
• Coach and performance-manage sales professionals to drive results.
• Develop relationships with operators and suppliers in the charter market.
• Ensure inquiries are handled efficiently and commercially.
• Work with internal teams to execute charter flights.
• Represent the business at industry events and client meetings.
