Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Experience with private equity fund accounting and related processes is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with PE accounting software are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly financial statements and investor capital statements.
• Review schedules supporting general ledger balances and capital calls.
• Interpret Fund Operating Agreement terms and calculate carried interest and fees.
• Lead and train the PEFS team; manage client relationships and responses.
• Coordinate audits and provide documentation to auditors.
