Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Manager, Private Equity Fund Services to oversee day‑to‑day operations for private equity clients, including quarterly financial reporting, capital call and distribution calculations, carried interest, and fund management fee calculations.

You will manage client relationships, lead seniors and associates, coordinate regulatory filings, audits, and investor communications, and provide guidance in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years’ supervisory experience in coaching, staff management and performance reviews.
• Experience with private equity fund accounting and fund structures.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and distribution of quarterly financial statements to investors.
• Oversee quarterly investor capital statements and related schedules.
• Prepare schedules to support general ledger balances.
• Prepare and distribute capital call notices and investor notices per operating agreement.
• Calculate and review carried interest, management fees, and waterfall structures.
• Interact with General Partners, auditors, and respond to client requests; mentor team.
