Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Fund Services Supervisor for Private Equity to join our growing Fund Services + practice. You will prepare financial statements, manage fund administration activities, and coordinate with auditors for private equity and real estate clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee onboarding of new clients, capital calls, and investor reporting while training junior staff as needed. Strong accounting background and CPA/CA preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fund accounting experience in private equity at a Big 4 or national firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA and/or CA preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with Allvue, Yardi, Investran or E-Front.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes, and investor reporting packages.
• Facilitate day-to-day private equity fund administration activities: cash management, capital calls, distributions, fees, waterfall calculations.
• Onboard new clients and set up investors, investments, reports, LP portal access.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax providers for year-end audits and information requests.
• Help train junior staff once established.
