Job summary

Standish Management, LLC, a provider of specialized fund administration services for private equity funds, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client engagements in fund accounting and reporting. This role serves as the primary client contact and guides a team including Manager, Fund Controller, Associate, and Investor Relations Associate.

The Senior Manager will supervise quarterly/annual statements, assist with capital calls, distributions, and audits, and contribute to business development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics required.
• 2–3 years of public accounting experience or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of VC/PE fund experience or experience with a fund administrator.
• CPA/ACA required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/review quarterly and annual financial statements and LP reports including journal entries and capital allocations.
• Analyze and review data for Capital Calls, Distributions and Allocations to investors.
• Supervise the audit and tax preparation process with external firms.
• Main point of contact with client; plan for capital calls, distributions, and audits.
• Supervise engagement teams to ensure timely, profitable delivery.
• Recruit, train and mentor junior staff.
• Assist Directors in sourcing new clients and proposals.
