Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (Finance/Accounting/Economics concentration preferred)
• Minimum 2–3 years public accounting experience or equivalent
• Minimum 2–3 years VC/PE fund experience or experience with a fund administrator
• CPA/ACA required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, eFront or AltaReturn

Responsibilities

• Prepare/review quarterly and annual financial statements and LP reports
• Analyze and review data for Capital Calls, Distributions and Allocations to investors
• Supervise the audit and tax preparation process with external firms
• Main point of contact with clients and service providers
• Supervise engagement teams to ensure timely, profitable deliverables
• Recruit, train and mentor junior staff
• Assist Directors in sourcing new clients and proposals
