Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in public accounting or a similar financial services role.
• Experience in private equity, venture capital, or fund accounting preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and fund administration platforms advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee audit and tax preparation processes for multiple investment funds.
• Assist with capital calls, distributions, and allocation of income and expenses to investors.
• Track and manage detailed portfolio company financing data; perform cash flow forecasting.
• Support quarterly investor reporting processes.
• Maintain and update investor data in third-party systems.
• Participate in ad hoc financial projects and client meetings as needed.
• Occasional local travel to client sites.
