Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking a senior professional with extensive experience in private credit and fund operations to lead and optimize cross-functional processes. The role emphasizes managing third-party fund administrator relationships, developing SOPs, playbooks, and oversight models within a matrixed organization.

Strong strategic and tactical execution is required. Candidates will engage with multiple platforms (WSO, eFront, Allvue) and oversee operational readiness for new mandates,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in private credit operations, loan operations, fund operations, or fund administration within an asset manager, alternative investment firm, insurance investment organization, or fund administrator.
• Deep knowledge of the private credit loan lifecycle, including revolving and delayed-draw facilities and their operational requirements.
• Experience managing or supporting third-party fund administrator relationships, including new mandate implementations and oversight models.
• Proven experience developing operating procedures, playbooks, RACI, and SLA documentation for production use.
• Strong collaboration skills within a matrixed organization, with the ability to raise risks and represent stakeholder perspectives constructively.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels while independently moving workstreams forward and keeping stakeholders aligned.
