Job summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA, Inc.) seeks an Operations Consultant to lead senior SME guidance across private credit fund operations for a launch. The role is advisory and hands-on, partnering with loan and fund operations, finance, data, and technology to deliver workable answers and durable processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in private credit operations, loan operations, fund operations or fund administration.
• Deep knowledge of private credit loan lifecycle and facilities.
• Experience with third-party fund administrator relationships and oversight.
• Proven ability to produce operating procedures, playbooks, RACIs and SLAs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed organization.
• Capable of strategic and tactical workstreams with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define target operating model for the fund and split responsibilities with administrator.
• Produce playbooks and procedures across six workstreams: cash, fund administration, reporting, compliance, rating agency, and loan servicing.
• Set standards for term capture across systems and verify consistency.
• Advise on internal ownership of tasks post-live and test views with teams.
• Draft and test SLA definitions; establish oversight and escalation paths.
• Define required loan and fund data for compliance and reporting; trace data quality issues.
